Principal's Message

Dr. Ganesh R. Bhagure

Principal

It is rightly said that "Adversity is the mother of wisdom". As we are living in unprecedented times and as the world regains strength from the aftermath of COVID 19, educational institutions are gradually adapting from Online to Offline mode.

In like manner, with the University of Mumbai’s consent, our institution has successfully resumed classes, mindful of health and safety protocols.

Moreover, students' safety has always been the priority. To ensure that they are protected and for the overall smooth academic functioning, the institution arranged vaccination drive benefitting more than 6000 odd number of students.

With this vaccination drive in place, majority of our students are back to college, safe and making in-person teaching and learning possible.

In these trying times, true to the mission of the institute, we at Dnyanasadhana have tried our best to make education affordable and convenient by not only switching to online admissions and online payment facility but also by providing concessions in fees to support the disadvantaged students.

Our staff at SPDC, with the unflinching support of the Management, has been gearing up with new strategies for the present times.

Besides, the two strong pillars of any educational institution; the teaching and non-teaching staff and their conscientious and unwavering efforts in academics and administration has helped us reach out to the stakeholders in time.

It goes without saying that we will continue following all safety protocols of temperature sensing, active safety gears, social distancing, sanitizing and any protocol for the safety of each and every individual for visiting our college premise.

As a responsible and caring institution, we pledge to continue to work proactively toward the wellbeing of our stakeholders, the Government and the communities around us.

We at Satish Pradhan Dnyanasadhana College understand the importance of Institutional Social Responsibility. On that account, quite a few programmes are taken up to sensitise our stakeholders to inculcate values of humility and empathy.

Moreover, to provide qualitative education to the students, several curricular, co-curricular activities and Certificate Courses are being offered to normalise “back to offline”.

The SPDC family continues to be well-knit and I am sure, that we stand by each other resolutely, as we steer through these exceptional times.

Our best wishes to all the students at SPDC for a great learning experience! Take care and keep safe.
